Francis and Christina reside in New York, but chose to get married in Orange County, CA to share the beautiful union of their love with family and friends. Guests traveled from just up the coast in San Jose to across the coast from New York, and some from across the world from China and Vietnam to gather at the Mon Cheri in Garden Grove; a venue that is host to numerous Asian weddings.

Christina is not unlike many of my clients that are from out of state looking for a professional DJ that can handle the important details despite the distance. When Christina began looking for a wedding DJ she searched, “hipster wedding DJ in Orange County” and came across my promo video. After viewing my video Christina felt confident that I could deliver on her and Francis’ need of familiarity with Chinese and Vietnamese weddings, but also play a diverse mix of hip music that would appeal to all age groups of their guests. Francis and Christina requested suggestions for music during the cocktail hour, dinner, and dance music at the reception. To accommodate I played an assortment of 80’s pop hits, today’s Top 40, and even some county music.
